Exercise 
Dr. Schroeder has a special interest in exercise and physical fitness. He has played competitive soccer, baseball, water polo, and rugby. He has also been a long distance runner since the age of twelve.
Today he mostly runs trails in the Santa Monica Mountains with his running partners. He also boxes and works out at the 4th St Stairs in Santa Monica.
Dr. Schroeder is a living example of the power exercise has to calm the mind, relax the body, and decrease the aging process.
Dr. Schroeder has special expertise in evaluating an athlete in a comprehensive, systematic fashion to find ways to increase cardiovascular performance. He has helped patients ranging from novice level to elite professionals.
